Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within [1–2 business days] of payment confirmation. Orders placed after [2pm] may be processed the following business day.

UK Delivery We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery is handled via various services including Royal Mail / Evri / DPD and typically arrives within 2–5 business days from dispatch. Tracked options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at upkeep@cardslot.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier.
